Guest room was light and comfy with bathroom. Everything was great, however a few employees were not so helpful. Location: the hotel was near to the city centre and the main railway station, main Bus/Train station, and both old town.

Great location near the city center, making it easy to explore.

The lack of soundproofing was disappointing, and without air conditioning, the room felt stuffy. I expected more amenities for the price I paid, which only added to my frustration.

Good location near the city center. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot coffee, croissants, and a variety of cold cuts, made for a good start to the day. Some issues with the shower head and a broken hair dryer decreased the overall experience.

Zentrum is in a great spot, just a short walk from the main pedestrian area. The family room wassuper clean and cozy. Private parking was a big help, too. Breakfast was varied, with plenty of options to choose from, and complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.

Great spot for a group trip! Easy access to the main pedestrian area with fun shops and street performers. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for resting after visiting local attractions like Brauhaus Ernst August and Blauer See Aquapark. Breakfast was worth the price. Definitely try it!

One downside was the hot rooms without air conditioning. Opening the windows helped, but it was stuffy during peak heat.
